WHY GO FUND ME?
I made this gofoundme page to raise money for the Islamic Oasis Ramadan Iftar project. I believe using gofundme will make it easier for people to donate online and spread the word through social media. All money raised through this page will go directly towards the Iftar Project.
GOAL
If we reach our goal of $150,000, Using $5000 a night we can feed up to 14,000 people for Iftar and Suhur a day. By the end of Ramadan this should have fed approximately 420,000 people. This will cover Refugees in 10 inner city Mosques within Chicago area, Oasis Center, Syria, Mali, Somalia, India, and Turkey.
